Hosted subscriptions and processing details.

The pricing page and authenticated Billing page display the offered plan, billing interval, review quota, subscription state and cancellation action. These website terms are not a hosted-service agreement or data-processing agreement. Request the applicable service and processing terms from hello@codlab.app before subscribing if those terms have not been supplied.

Website terms, not a product contract.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. A pilot, subscription, support engagement, security commitment, service level, data-processing arrangement, or production deployment is governed only by the separately executed agreement for that service. Website copy and sample interfaces do not modify an executed agreement.

Use the site lawfully.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, probe systems without written authorization, introduce malicious code, misuse downloadable materials, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.

Samples require independent validation.

Benchmarks, architecture diagrams, calculators, code samples, policy examples, and generated preflight manifests are illustrative evaluation aids. Validate them against your environment, security requirements, and professional obligations before relying on them.

The public site is provided as available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Production warranties and liability terms, if any, appear in the applicable executed agreement.
